The unboxing of the camera is simple enough. It can do even more with the proper software if you’re willing to pay the price. The setup can sit on top of a monitor or it comes with a handy tripod and features a built-in microphone with stereo speakers. More importantly, the picture adjusts to lighting and includes an auto or manual focus to fine tune the picture. The camera records video at resolutions of 1080p/30fps or 720p/60fps. The company has introduced the C922 Pro Stream Webcam that includes background replacement and hardware enhancements for a professional stream. Not sure if it's going to be of much help with this particular issue.Streaming has become the mecca of online entertainment in the past couple of years and Logitech wants the streamer to look as good as possible. Here's the log file of my session where I was cycling through the resolutions. All I know is that it's an issue specifically with this one exact resolution, since lower 16:9 resolutions work just fine. I'm not sure if this is the device having an issue or OBS, since the camera advertises 720p60 / 1080p30 output. I then tried lowering the resolution DOWN to 1024x576, and somehow that WASN'T blurry but is lower than the 720p I need. I tried bumping it up to 1920x1080, which no longer looked blurry, but is capped at 30fps. My camera filled the frame but became super blurry, especially noticeable in the face area. I went into the properties and set the device's resolution to "Custom" then selected 1280x720. Everything was good so far, running at 60fps but was defaulted to 4:3 for some reason. I got the new one hooked up and added it as a video capture device. Just upgraded to a Logitech C922 camera because my previous one was stuck at 30fps.
